Claims for Sums

We advise the client from the outset with the drafting and sending of an out-of-court claim, to seek an amicable settlement. If the debtor is interested in reaching such an agreement, we will study and draw up the corresponding payment plan. If no settlement is reached between the parties, we shall initiate the appropriate legal actions (whether by payment order, summary, or ordinary proceedings), followed by the judicial process (preliminary hearing and/or oral trial), through to completion. Finally, we will assess possible appeals and, where appropriate, enforce any favourable judgment.
