PhD in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares with the highest distinction. Awarded the Extraordinary Doctorate Prize. Since 2001, he has been a Professor of Commercial Law at the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón. Member of the Special Section of the General Codification Commission for the reform of the Commercial Code concerning the contract for the carriage of goods. He has delivered numerous lectures and courses at universities, centers, and professional associations, both in Spain and abroad, and is an arbitrator for the Arbitration Court of the Castellón and Valencia Chambers of Commerce. He is the author of various articles in national and international legal journals (German and Italian), as well as several monographs and publications on Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Insolvency Law, and Restructuring Plans. He has extensive professional experience as an insolvency administrator in over 150 proceedings, having participated in various processes of the sale of production units.
