The purpose of our Code of Ethics is to establish the values and ethical principles that govern the actions of the company, as well as the general guidelines of conduct to be followed in the performance of their duties by all its directors, managers, employees and other persons whose activity is expressly subject to the Code of Ethics.<\/p>

The Ethics Channel is a tool that allows the confidential reporting of potentially irregular activities that may involve a breach of the Code of Ethics or the commission of a crime in the company.<\/p>\n
