Company Dissolution and Liquidation

We manage the entire process of company and corporate liquidation, including providing legal representation for the company, overseeing the sale of assets, preparing the inventory and balance sheet, conducting all necessary operations for liquidation, collecting receivables, and settling outstanding debts.

Once these tasks are completed, a final balance sheet is presented along with a proposal for the distribution of remaining assets among the shareholders according to their shareholding, unless the articles of association specify an alternative formula.

After approval by the General Meeting and provided there are no challenges, the dissolution deed is registered with Companies House, legally terminating the company’s existence. Should any assets or liabilities arise after dissolution, the liquidators will manage them in accordance with the law.
