Company Dissolution and Liquidation

We handle the entire process of dissolving and liquidating companies and partnerships, including representing the company legally, managing the sale of assets, preparing the inventory and balance sheet, carrying out the necessary liquidation operations, collecting receivables, and settling outstanding debts.

Once these tasks have been completed, a final balance sheet is drawn up and a proposal is made for the distribution of assets among shareholders in proportion to their shareholding, unless the articles of association provide otherwise.

After approval by the General Meeting and provided there are no challenges, the dissolution deed is registered with Companies House, legally terminating the company’s existence. Should any assets or liabilities arise after dissolution, the liquidators will manage them in accordance with the law.
