Fernando Martínez Sanz – Managing Lawyer

Doctor of Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares, graduating with highest distinction and recipient of the Extraordinary Doctorate Award. Since 2001, he has been Professor of Commercial Law at the Universitat Jaume I in Castellón. He is a member of the Special Section of the General Codification Commission for the reform of the Commercial Code concerning contracts for the carriage of goods. He has delivered numerous lectures and courses at universities, institutions and professional associations both in Spain and abroad, and serves as an arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration of the Chambers of Commerce of Castellón and Valencia. He is the author of several articles published in national and international legal journals (German and Italian), as well as multiple monographs and publications on Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Insolvency Law and Restructuring Plans. He possesses extensive professional experience as an insolvency administrator, having participated in more than 150 proceedings and been involved in various processes for the sale of business units.
